Sapper's Through the Seasons
Our year-round goal is to cater to our customers and provide products and services throughout all four seasons. Learn more about what we have to offer from early Spring, all the way through the cold winters.
Winter
When we think of Winter, it's hard not to think about Christmas. That's where our Winter season starts here at Sapper's. By early November, we start putting our Christmas Trees on display. We stock and sell over 400 trees throughout the season. From White Pine, Douglas and Fraser Fir, Scotch Pine, and Blue Spruce; whatever your personal taste is for the Holidays, we will have a tree that will give your home the Christmas feel we all love.

Aside from a Christmas Tree, there are more ways to add the Holiday feel to your home. A fresh, hand decorated wreath, porch pot, hanging basket, or swag are the perfect way to add some decoration to your home.

We realize the Holidays are tough for those who had a loved one or a friend who is no longer with us. It is for this reason we work through these months to also provide the option of Grave Pillows and Blankets. All items are personally made and decorated by our staff.

Even when the Holidays are over, that doesn't mean that the birds or any of your animals stop eating. We remain open year-round so you can continue to purchase any Bird, Cat, or Dog food you may need.
Spring

By Spring, we are ready to start planting, and that is exactly what we spend this season doing! Through these months, one by one, our eight greenhouses will start filling up with all kinds of plants and baskets.
​
If you're anything like us and love the idea of starting the growing process right away, we have options for you! We offer an assortment of Bulbs that are easy to plant, and will product beautiful flowers for your Springtime. In addition to that, we have a plethora of packaged seed, as well as bulk seed options. Onion sets and Seed Potatoes are another early Spring option for any gardeners who like to get a head start on their home-grown produce.

If you are not much of a seed planter, we do offer some cold-tolerant plant options to add a little more color to your Spring. In addition, we carry some plants that are perfect for in your home with very little maintenance.

Summer
Summer at Sapper's is definitely one for the books. Whether you are adding some color to your landscaping, planting a new tree, starting a garden to enjoy some of your own produce, we will have plenty of options for you. We offer a wide variety of Hanging Baskets, Annuals, Perennials, Vegetables, Trees, and Shrubs that will be sure to give your home the colorful flair you've been wanting.

Our knowledgeable staff can work with you and direct you to the option that works best for you and your home. Whether you need plants that can thrive in full direct sunlight, or if you need something that will work with a less-than-perfect watering schedule, there is an option for you. Summer is the perfect time to bring your yard, patio, or deck to life. So stop in and plan your perfect garden, whether it's with flowers or vegetables. We can assist you with all of your planting, fertilizing, and landscaping needs.
Fall
Fall brings new Holidays and more ways to decorate your home Our back fields fill up quickly with an array of different sized and colored Mums, which are the perfect accent for some of the brisk weather we experience through the season. We add to the Fall decor by offering straw bales, fresh cut corn stalks, and a wide range of pumpkins of all shapes, sizes, and colors.

Our produce carries through the Fall seasons, with additional varieties of Apples being offered. Another addition to our selection is our famous home-grown sweet corn. Our corn is picked fresh daily, and carried through the early Fall.
